Is there anything better than a delicious peanut butter cup? The combination of peanut butter and chocolate just provides a delicious combination that is hard to beat. With this little fun recipe though, it is possible to follow through with all of these instructions and obtain the perfect desert that can be shared with everyone.
The YouTube Channel My Cupcake Addiction provides some delicious ways to make giant cupcakes, and this is a take on the classic peanut butter cup. With this option, it all starts with peanut butter, although it can be altered with a different option for people who are allergic to peanuts (almond butter can work as well). It is a rather straight forward recipe.
The filling of the mixture is two cups of peanut butter, two cups of confectioners sugar and a half a cup of soften margarine. That is it. It all comes down to coating the base layer with melted chocolate and then allowing it to sit in the fridge so it can harden. From there, the peanut butter mixture is then added to the top and filled in a pie pan, which is then covered with the melted chocolate again.
It is a good idea to leave a small gap around the edges between the peanut butter picture and the pie pan so the chocolate can flow in between. Now, it just needs to slide into the fridge and it is ready to be enjoyed in only a few short minutes after making it.
