VIDEO: This Looks Like A Normal Pizza. Then I Found Out What It’s Made From. NO WAY!

Craving pizza but don’t need the expense? With this wonderfully simple recipe, you can have all the flavor of a great pizza without shelling out the dough. All you need are basic cooking skills and a few simple, inexpensive ingredients.

You’ll need: Four burrito-size flour tortillas, two cans of diced tomatoes, a small chopped onion, two finely-chopped cloves garlic, one chicken bouillon cube (or a pinch of salt), a handful of shredded mozzarella, and an optional dry topping of your choice, i.e. pepperoni.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Add a dash of oil to a saucepan and cook tomatoes, onion, and garlic over medium heat until liquid is reduced, about twenty minutes. Mash with a fork. Add bouillon cube or salt, cook a few minutes more, remove from heat and let cool a bit.

Next, put a dash of oil into a skillet and add one tortilla. Spread some tomato mixture over the top, add a sprinkling of cheese and topping, and fry until cheese is just starting to melt. Transfer onto cookie sheet or aluminum foil. Repeat the process for the remaining three tortillas. Place in oven and bake until cheese is slightly browned.

Deceptively simple. You may think it sounds unimpressive, that is until you watch the tutorial. With pizza as popular as ever (350 slices are consumed every second) and many on a tight budget, this little recipe is sure to please!
