You’ve Never Heard “The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air” Theme Song Like This.

Although “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air” has been gone from the television airwaves for at least a decade, the theme song continues to be one of the most popular pieces of music ever. Two musicians decided to have a bit of fun recently and posted a uniquely country version of “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air” theme song, positioning themselves for their performance outdoors right next to a rolling river.

One of the musicians, who calls himself Samurai Guitarist, is accompanied by his electric guitar and a harmonica. His fellow musician, identified as Jeff Gagne, sings the now very familiar lyrics in a slow and haunting fashion, starting with “Now this is a story about how my life got flipped, turned upside down”.

He accompanies himself with some mean action from a tambourine near the end of the duo’s musical set. Reaction to this video blues version of “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air” theme song has been incredible, with many fans of the popular television comedy show starring Will Smith asking if this song might soon become available on CD.

This blues rendition of “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air” theme song also has many individuals feeling nostalgic for what was unquestionably one of the best comedy series to hit the airwaves during the 1990s.
