Italian Pesto Chicken Bake This recipe includes just four ingredients: * Boneless, skinless chicken breasts * Pesto (homemade or jarred) * Sliced fresh tomato * Mozzarella Pretty simple right? It gets even better; this is so easy to put together, but it tastes heavenly. Your family and friends will think you spent hours on this amazing dish.
Start by preheating the oven to 450-degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish with oil. Place the chicken breasts in it and then spoon the pesto over each breast equally. Cover the pesto-laden breasts with sliced tomato and then cover with cheese. Place in a pre-heated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Serve with salad or side of your choice, and this dish is sure to become a quick family favorite!
