VIDEO: When I Found Out The Strange Thing He Put In This Ketchup Bottle, I Thought…WOW

The holidays are a time of joy and laughter, where friends and families get together and exchange gifts, share meals, and make memories. But there’s no dying that the holidays are also one of the most stressful times of year. It’s also a time of huge waste. It’s estimated that Americans produce an extra 25 million tons of garbage during the holiday season. It doesn’t have to be that way, though. There are some holiday life hacks that can make your festivity preparations easier, and help out the environment simply by reusing and re-purposing some of the holiday waste.

Out of the 10 life hacks featured in the video, there were a few that stood out the most. First, saving on buying large tubes of wrapping paper that will only be thrown out anyway by packaging gifts in aluminum foil. When wrapped properly and topped with a bow, it’s shiny surface gives the same allure and intrigue as traditional wrapping, and saves wasting any additional paper in the process.

Another great tip to wrap a gift in a hurry is to take an empty chip bag, turn it inside out (and clean off any crumbs and residue, of course), place your gift inside, twist the top, and secure it with a festive string of ribbon.

There are some kitchen hacks included as well, such as using a washed out old squirt bottle from condiments and filling them with batter to make filling up cutters on a tray simpler than ever and ten times less messy!

The rest of the hacks can be found in the video, and the idea of recycling household objects that we normally throw away is a useful practice that we can continue all year long.
