VIDEO: He Takes Coke And Adds Milk To It. The Reason Why? I’ll Never Drink Coke Again

Most people wouldn’t dare mix milk and Coke together and drink it. For an experiment, however, it is worth looking at. Milk and Coke are just two common household products, but they are very different in ingredients. We all know that milk is a dairy product and contains calcium. Coke is made of flavored syrup and carbonated water. In this video experiment, a person demonstrates what happens when you mix the two, and the results will surprise you and your stomach!

In the video, you’ll see that it appears like the milk is becoming thicker and denser. In the description of the video on Youtube, the author reasons that this reaction occurs as a result of the phosphoric acid particles in Coke binding themselves on the milk. This makes a thickset solid, which is heavier than the liquid, and it settles to the base of the bottle. The milk is basically curdling in its reaction to the Coke.

This experiment brings to light some recent research that has taken place on bone density and soda drinkers. The research says that soda drinkers have less bone density because of the phosphoric acid present present in soda. More research still needs to be conducted to solidly prove this theory.

However, if you are an avid soda drinker, be sure and take a calcium supplement or increase the amount of calcium to eat or drink so as to offset the effects of the phosphoric acid.
