Tiny 5-Year-Old Wows The Judges With Her Voice…And Her Feet….

Singing and Dancing into the Homes and Hearts of Millions

It’s very difficult to hear, or see the words heavenly and joy and expect what comes before or after them to be anything short of splendid. One would have to dig much farther to find an adequate adjective to describe the performance of five-year-old Heavenly Joy on America’s Got Talent. The cute, fun-size treat of talent wowed the judges as well as every available audience with her rendition of “In Summer” from Disney’s Frozen. She even gracefully tapped through the sweet melodies to truly kick off the fun!

Entertainment can arguably be as naturally ingrained in young Heavenly Joy as her name implies. She admits to the judges that she has been singing since she was one, and her dad is an acclaimed music producer with icons such as Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey and Beyoncé among the list of artists he has worked with. Her mom boasts that the stage is Heavenly’s safe haven. “That’s her home”, says a very proud mom before Heavenly took the stage.

Heavenly Joy possesses the warmth, talent and charm that would make icons past, present and future proud. Her voice is sweet, light, fluffy and full like cotton candy. Her taps are eloquent and dainty like soothing rain drops. Right away thoughts and comparisons immediately sprout forth comparing her with Shirley Temple.

Talent Judge, Howard Stern, confessed to the instant comparison to Shirley Temple. To which, Heavenly quickly quips “well not Shirley Temple, Jesus”. America was truly graced with a gift in a most resplendent fashion with a name that says it all: Heavenly Joy.
