The Person Who Called In The Identity Of This Abandoned Baby Left Police In Shock

Mothers are the nurturing, loving force that raises healthy and happy children into successful adults. Well, in a perfect world that would be the case.

Police in Anne Arundel County, Maryland got a call recently about a scuffed up car seat sitting on the side of the road. The police go to the scene and find that inside the car seat, there is a baby of only all of 2 or 3 months old.

The scene was confusing to police officers, as they initially chalked up the situation to a horrible accident of some sort due to the condition of the car seat. The baby was thankfully unharmed, albeit dehydrated.

The police turned to social media to try and gather some light on the situation. Surprisingly, the baby’s mother contacted police. Instead of being relieved her baby was found, Sandra Clara McClary, nonchalantly claimed that she thought the baby was in the care of her father.

Later Sandra admits that she actually did put her own baby on the side of the road alone and left her there. Sandra was then charged with reckless endangerment and child neglect.

On a good note, the baby is doing well now and is in the hands of social services.
