‘Survivor’ FURIOUS Bigot, Kim Davis, Released To “Eye Of The Tiger” (VIDEO)

The Kentucky Clerk, Kim Davis was recently released from jail despite her continuous refusal to issue marriage licenses to homosexual couples, despite her legal obligation to do so. Former Governor Mike Huckabee and Senator Ted Cruz were both on hand for Davis’ celebrated release from jail. It was a mad, mad scene.

During the event, both Hukabee and Cruz took to the podium to praise Davis for remaining firm in her beliefs on gay marriage. After both men were done speaking, Davis was announced to the podium. What occurred next shocked many viewers and infuriated the rest.

As Davis made her way to the stage, Survivor‘s “Eye of the Tiger” blasted from the speakers in the background. As if they were announcing some underdog ‘Italian-Stallion’ boxer to the stage – when in reality, it was just a stubborn criminal who broke oaths to denied lovers a license to get hitched. What kind of politician willingly stands beside, and celebrates such a blatant bigot? How can they stand the smell? If I were them, I’d be concerned the stench would never wash out of my image.

The choice of soundtrack has ruffled some serious feathers. Survivor, the geniuses behind “Eye of the Tiger”, did not authorize their song to be played at an event of such dastardly nature. Survivor member Frank Sullivan was very displeased about the entire situation and vented on Facebook: “We did not grant Kim Davis any rights to use ‘My Tune – The Eye of the Tiger.’ I would not grant her the rights to use Charmin!” Bravo, Sullivan. Bravo.

According to TMZ, Survivor is now looking into their legal options against those responsible for using their song. So it seems that Davis and her political supporters could be facing more legal drama in the near future. Davis is expected to return back to work within the next week and she vows not to back down. Some people never learn their lesson…
