Recently, a user on the popular social site Reddit shared a story that is quickly going viral. Reddit user Mfiasco posted a note to the site showing other users what she had typed up and leaves in the glove box of her car for when it gets stolen again.
Not in case it gets stolen, but for when it is stolen again. This is such a frequently problem that the woman has had in the past that she had just decided to be proactive and type a note leaving instructions for when someone decides to steal her car again.
In her note, she informs the thief that they are stealing from a really nice person but that probably doesn’t matter at this point. She asks that whoever steals her car this time leaves it preferably in a decent neighborhood.
She also asks that they leave the typed note under the windshield wipers so that someone can call her to retrieve the car once it is located. She said that in the past she has had a difficult time dealing with towing companies and impound lots when she has had to get her car back after being stolen.
She ends her post telling other Reddit users that her note has worked!
