She Goes To Prom With The Star Quaterback. But When They Arrive? Students Do Something SHOCKING

Thousands of high school students across the country enjoyed the coming-of-age event known as prom. However, one Texas star quarterback created a fairy-tale experience for one of his dear friends. Although Cesyli Prieto has Down syndrome, Adrain Alonzo felt that she deserved to join the rest of her classmates in the tradition that many remember for years.

Alonzo’s endearing gesture began with an elaborate invitation. With the assistance of a few creative teachers and classmates, the group obtained boxes in which were hidden specially decorated balloons.

As the unsuspecting young girl opened each box, a balloon emerged. Collectively they spelled prom. A hand-crafted poster asked Prieto to accompany Alonzo to prom. Prieto immediately became visibly excited and promptly accepted the “prom-posal.” The young athlete then bestowed his happy princess with a shimmering tiara.

However, the surprises for both young people were far from over. On the big night, while decked out in their finest evening apparel, the couple exchanged corsages and posed for pictures taken by family members and friends. They drove to McCamey High School where the glowing princess not only enjoyed dancing with her date but also with many of her friends. The couple was all smiles and having a great time.

Then came the time for the announcements of whom students deemed worthy of representing them as prom royalty. To the amazement of Alonzo and Prieto, the student body joined forces and nominated Cesyli as their beloved Prom Queen. The little princess gladly turned in her tiara for a crown.
