Kendra Wilkinson is a blonde public figure who shot to stardom while a cast member on the popular television program “The Girls Next Door.” Wilkinson appeared on the show as a Hugh Hefner girlfriend. Hefner is the famed publisher behind the prominent adult publication “Playboy” magazine.
Although Wilkinson was on the show as Hefner’s girlfriend, she married someone else entirely. She tied the knot with a well-known athlete by the name of Hank Baskett. Baskett used to be a wide receiver on the NFL (National Football League) football team the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Indianapolis Colts and the Minneapolis Vikings as well. Wilkinson has also starred on a number of other well-known shows. These include “I’m A Celebrity..Get Me Out Of Here!” in the United Kingdom and Dancing With The Stars.
Wilkinson welcomed her first baby with Baskett in December of 2009. She suffered from post-partum depression after the birth. She relocated to Indianapolis to be there for Baskett for his career. The move made her feel intensely lonely and detached from society, however. She even considered killing herself during this bleak time period. Wilkinson struggled with her attitude toward her body after becoming a mother. She once noted that she turned the lights off every time she brushed her teeth. She did this so that she didn’t have to observe her image.
Wilkinson currently has two youngsters. Little Hank is her son and Alijah is her daughter. She recently took it upon herself to display to the world (via the social media website Instagram) the results of her pregnancies. She posted a photograph of herself smiling with her stomach fully visible. Her goal was to prove to the world that motherhood can change your physical appearance. It also, however, was to prove to the world that motherhood can change who you are in an even deeper and more meaningful sense. Wilkinson undoubtedly seems extremely happy about her role as a proud mother on this planet.
Wilkinson also posted photographs (complete with captions) that communicated her strong connections to each of her two children. She talked about her intense and undeniable bond with her son. She also talked about her more laid-back (yet equally loving) rapport with her daughter.
The happy mama made it crystal clear that she’d do anything for her sweet babies. Stretch marks are absolutely nothing compared to the strong love she feels for her son and daughter. They mean the world to her and nothing will ever hide that fact. It’s no joke when they say that a mother’s love is fierce. Wilkinson posted yet another photograph that depicted her two cuties seated together on the stairs. She described the picture in a caption stating that she usually returns home to her little ones looking exactly like that. She wrote that her adorable children tend to eagerly await her arrival. She wrote that they also like to run over to her when they finally see her after she experiences a long and hard day on the job.
Wilkinson is definitely a lovely woman both inside and out. It can be extremely hard for women in the public eye to deal with all of the stresses and pressures that are linked to weight loss and weight management after pregnancy. The body goes through so much when it carries and delivers a human life. It looks like Kendra has absolutely nothing to fear, however. She looks 100 percent fantastic! She appears to be leading a fulfilling, enriching and satisfying family life as well. Nothing on earth could ever beat the value of a great family life.
