First, inflate the balloon and tie off the end. Place the balloon inside of the fishbowl. This will keep the balloon from rolling away while you work with it. Generously coat the larger half of the balloon with Mod Podge. Quickly, sprinkle a layer of confetti over the balloon.
The confetti with stick to the Mod Podge. Wait for the Mod Podge to dry. Once it is dry, repeat the process. The best recommendation is to repeat the process eight times. After the final coat is dry, pop the balloon! Take a pair of scissors, and cut away the edges to make a beautiful confetti bowl! Isn’t it incredible?
