One Facebook Post Later, And THIS Family Lost Everything They Owned…

Being in a committed relationship can be extremely difficult at times. There are many decisions couples have to make together: where they are going to live, how long they want to live together for, if they want children… It’s a lot of decision makimg to do. Becky Szenk and Mark Higgins decided to move closer to Mark’s job, but they could not find anyone to help them move – so they turned to Facebook for help….

Becky and Mark asked people on Facebook if they would help them move. A man named Lee Green responded to the Facebook post, so the couple did research on Lee Green’s company and it looked legit, professional. Becky even talked to Lee Green and after she spoke on the phone with her, Becky decided that she was going to hire Lee’s company.

The couple realized that they had made a big mistake the day Lee Green’s company showed up to her home. They were impressed with how quickly the company was able to load everything up on the truck. The movers were able to pack up all of the couple’s belongings in just 45 minutes. The movers were told to drop off the belongings at Becky and Mark’s pub. However, they never arrived.

Lee Green did not have a real moving company. In fact, the person who owned the company’s real name was not Lee Green. Becky and Mark lost all of their belongings and are now forced to rely on donations from others. They have learned a valuable lesson and are urging people to be careful about what they post on the Internet. It just goes to show… you can’t trust everything you see on the Internet.
