New Poll Reveals This About Obama’s Popularity And All Republicans Are Sick To Their Stomach

President Barack Obama is departing the White House on a high note. As his final term ends, polls regarding his popularity rise. Surprisingly, despite past follies constantly debated by Republican diehards, the average Joe adores him and Congress – somewhat.

In a recent Gallup Poll, 53 percent of Americans favorably view Obama. In regards to Democrats, 90 percent of them feel similarly. Independents follow suit at 52 percent. These numbers are an upswing from the 2013 stats. By the way, Congress doesn’t share the same approval rating, but they still aren’t losing either.

A Pew Poll indicates Congress and Republican presidential candidates share a 22 percent overall approval rating. So, they are at a stalemate. This low number is not a fair representation of Republican voters. About 41 percent of this group believes their country can thrive under John Boehner or Mitch McConnell.

So, what does this all mean for Hillary Clinton and the other 2016 presidential hopefuls? Unfortunately, these polls don’t predict future voting outcomes. They only speak to current times.

Because of husband Bill’s lasting impression on Americans, Hillary must contend with his image, not Obama’s. The road ahead for her is a rocky one. This statement is also true about her competitors. Therefore, Democratic might be flying high now, but smart Republicans don’t care. They know the house and main seat is still up for grabs.
