Mother Walks Into Convenience Store, And Cashier’s Gut Says Something Is VERY Wrong…

Security cameras in a Alta Convenience store in Arvada, Colorado captured the scary moment when the store clerk, named Rebecca Montano, had to think quickly in order to save a young woman’s baby.

The woman had walked into the store to purchase a drink with her baby in her arms, and as she walked up to the counter to check out, Montano noticed that she had a dazed look in her eyes. The mother then started to tilt her head and sway back and forth, and that’s when Montano knew she needed to act quickly.

She started to grab the baby with one hand and then used the other to try to hold up the mother as she started to fall. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to stop the mother’s fall, but she was able to keep the baby safe as the whole thing happened.

Surprisingly, despite her quick thinking, this was the first time in the six years she has worked at the convenience store that Montano has had to respond to a situation like this.

Montano said that she typically knows a lot of the customers that come in on a regular basis, but when the woman walked through the door she didn’t recognize her.

Officials have confirmed that the mother had a seizure. Thankfully, both she and her baby are doing well. Montano has been receiving praise from all of her customers who heard about the ordeal on the news. But she says that she isn’t a hero, she just did what was right.

Montano actually got to see the young mother again a few days later, after she had recovered from the fall. She says that the mother hugged her and thanked her for saving her baby.
