Judges Are Blown Away By This Mom’s Voice – And None Of Them Expected Her To Look Like THIS!

Recently the judges on “The Voice” were stunned when a contestant auditioning on season 10 belted out a stunning rendition of the country hit song “Blue Bayou”. All four judges- Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, and Pharrell Williams- were all in awe of the talent they heard coming from the contestant.

After turning around the judges were faced with former child star Alisan Porter who starred in the 1991 film “Curly Sue”. Best known for playing Curly Sue in the film, she also starred in other films as a child such as “Parenthood” and “I Love You to Death”. Alisan revealed to the judges that singing was her real passion and she shared what brought her to audition for “The Voice”.

Alisan struggled for a few years, then got sober nearly eight years ago. Since then, she met someone that she fell in love with and began to have children together. Her focus has been on being a good mom and raising her children.

Christina Aguilera said that she was really touched by what Alisan said about raising her kids and being a good mother. Christina a mother to two children herself. She chimed in that no one will work harder than a mother does. In the end, Alisan chose Christina to be her coach after the bond the two shared.
