People are making cupcakes out of just about anything these days. Normally, cake batter is used as the base for cupcakes, but there are a number of other products that have a cake batter flavor, such as ice cream and cookies.

There is also a recipe for a cake batter cheesecake that sounds delectable. The crust only requires a few ingredients: crushed graham crackers and walnuts are combined with salt and butter once they’ve been ground. You don’t need cupcake liners! All you need to do is spray a muffin pan and the batter won’t stick.

Measure out  teaspoon of the crust into each muffin compartment is. Then, press the crust down until it’s flat. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream and vanilla until you have the consistency of a real cheesecake. Add one egg to the batter. Blend the sugar into the cake batter and feel free to add colorful sprinkles. Divide the batter evenly and bake for about 15 minutes.
