Alex Ruiz is a 22-year-old waiter who works at the Cinco De Mayo restaurant. The customer had come into the restaurant, ordered his food and asked someone if they could help him feed himself. Alex volunteered to help without thinking twice about it.
Not only did Alex feed the man, but he also had a conversation with him. He asked the man about his life and family. Alex stated that he felt compelled to help the man. He said that he feels good when he helps people. Reginald Widener eats at the restaurant every day. He decided to take a picture of Alex and the customer and share it on social media.
Reginald also stated that he talks to Alex regularly. He said that when Alex comes to work, he is always in a good mood. Alex moved to Georgia and started working at the restaurant six months ago.
