Natasha Robinson was leaving school one regular day when she noticed a homeless man digging through the garbage dumpster for food. She decided to help the hungry man, so Natasha offered to buy him a meal from Wendy’s. While they were walking to Wendy’s, Natasha heard him say, “Thank you Lord for sending someone.”
The man asked Natasha to document the moment with a picture. The man said that the world needs to know what a walking blessing looks like. Natasha took the picture with her new friend and shared it on Facebook.
The photo quickly went viral. It received over 30,000 shares on Facebook and over 745,000 views on Facebook. After the homeless man and Natasha took the picture, he stated that he could not let her go without hugging her. Natasha says she felt like she was the one who received the blessing. Many people online have praised her for the good deed that she has did.
Fox29 interviewed Natasha. She says she felt compelled to help the man because she is a Christian. The picture shows that a small gesture can really make a difference in someone’s life. It doesn’t take much to make yourself a miracle and help save another person – all it took in this case was a cheap fast food meal and yet the gesture was enough to draw attention from around America.
