He Steps Up On The Treadmill, What he Does Next? So Unexpected. HILARIOUS!

A video uploaded to You Tube on March 14 has already garnered more than 672,000 views due to the unique nature of how a simple treadmill workout is enhanced through the playing of music.

Carson Dean is shown at the beginning of the video (which lasts just 91 seconds) jumping onto the treadmill as the Bruno Mars song, “Uptown Funk,” is playing. What follows is an energetic dancing exhibition, in which Dean constantly moves forward, spins around, walks backward, using a variety of moves.

Throughout the course of the brief video, Dean is able to use only the available space to conduct his impromptu workout.

According to his Twitter page, Dean is an dancer, choreographer, actor and singer, while his Facebook page has over 31,000 likes on it despite having only been created in 2015.

The viral nature of the video is expected to garner Dean much more visibility, which could potentially include appearances on such reality shows as ABC’s Dancing With the Stars and Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance. It has already been noted on NBC’s Today Show, an example of how popular it’s become in the space of a few days.

The song itself has created something of a sensation, since First Lady Michelle Obama performed the dance while making a guest appearance on the Ellen Degeneres talk show.
