Floods Drive Her From Her Home, And An Unexpected Stranger FedEx To Hold Her Hnd And Pray

If you’ve paid attention to any news channel, then you have seen the devastation that has been caused by the flooding in Louisiana. There have been many stories of people who have rescued others from cars and stories of those who have offered a helping hand to those who have no food or clothing. One couple prepared a meal for all of the people at a shelter.

Courtney Berdon posted a picture on her Facebook wall that many people have commented on and shared. Courtney had to leave her home because the water from the floods reached a level that she couldn’t overcome. The water encased her home and took away her belongings. The photo that Courtney shared is of her mother and a FedEx employee holding hands and praying.

Courtney’s mother lost all of her belongings as well. The picture of Courtney’s mother and the employee shows that there are still people who have love and compassion in their heart. Even if it’s just to pray for someone, that prayer could make a difference during the day so that the person has the strength to get through.

The FedEx employee was simply doing his job delivering a package to Courtney’s home when he saw her mother on the sidewalk and asked if he could pray with her.
