Izzy is a little girl in Alabama who wanted to go see Disney’s new movie, Cinderella, at the local theater. She was very excited and got all dressed up to go in her princess outfit and tiara, but at the last minute, she became apprehensive.
She was nervous and embarrassed to go out in public and to the theater dressed in her princess costume, and decided she didn’t want to go. Enter her uncle Jesse, an actor, who borrowed one of his friend’s prom dresses and dressed up as a princess alongside his young niece. He wanted to support her and give her a boost of confidence. It worked – Izzy and Jesse went to the movies dressed as beautiful princesses.
A photo of the pair of princesses immediately went viral on social media after they posed for an employee at the theater, who took their picture and posted it on line.
Jesse looks quite the vision, with his beard and tattoos, but says he didn’t hesitate and was glad that he helped his niece to feel more comfortable. He has been on television all around the country for doing such a selfless deed, and emphasizes the importance of activities that promote family bonding.
