When you watch a movie, you probably pay attention to some of the visual effects that are in place. If those effects are removed, it can change the look of the movie completely. A video has been released about this very thought, and the results are astonishing.
With the effects, there is a lot of action and intensity. Take away the effects, and it’s just a lot of people who seem to be standing there with nothing to do while others are walking or running around them. Most effects are computerized, so the graphics are much better than they were decades ago. This also creates an atmosphere where you see more explosions and the chances of going to other worlds.
Consider Narnia. Remove all of the hills in the background, and it’s nothing more than an empty building. “Maleficent” is rather boring without all of the beautiful images in some of the scenes. Iron Man is just a simple person who looks like he is dressed as a robot until all of the colors and details are added.
Pictures of space can be added to backgrounds to make it look like people are floating around a space station, and there are ways to make actors look like other animals. Don’t believe that everything that is seen in a movie is what is really there during filming.
