Donald Trump is making a name for himself in less than a month as President of the United States. He is now being seen as a bully since he recently threatened the state of California.
The reason Trump decided to make threats is because California wants to become a sanctuary for refugees. This is a courageous endeavor that the state wants to take on as Trump has continued to say that refugees will not be allowed into the United States.
An interview with Bill O’Reilly reveals how Trump feels about California and the decisions that the state is trying to make without the support of the government. Trump believes that the voters in the state agree with him the refuges should not be allowed in the country as they wouldn’t have voted for him otherwise. An option would be to defund California.
Trump sees this as a weapon that could be used if the state goes against his wishes. This decision would further prove that Trump is rather childish and isn’t ready to be a political head for the country. Senators in California don’t believe that Trump has the authority to stop funding to the state and the counties that are there simply because he doesn’t agree with their views.
