Emily Gibby, who is a Disneyland employee, is trying to find an autistic visitor who dropped a lanyard at the park. The lanyard had four Disney pins. It also had a note attached to it. The note said, “Hello, I am autistic and do not talk much, but I would like to trade it for Mickey Pins.”
Emily read the note and realized that the person wanted to trade their pins and get new Mickey pins. She knew that the lanyard meant a lot to the owner. That is why she decided to put the new Mickey pins on the lanyard. She hopes that she can find the original owner and has turned to social media for help.
Emily posted two photos of the lanyard on her Facebook page. She also wrote a post saying that she had filled the lanyard with new Mickey pins and is trying to track down the original owner. She also stated that she is hoping people can work some magic and help her find the original owner. Emily’s was quickly shared by many people. The lanyard was lost on March 24, 2016. Emily made the post on Facebook shortly after she found the lanyard.
