Chef Volunteers To Cook For Firefighters – After 15 Years, Finallly Gets Touching Gift

It’s been 15 years since the tragic events of September 11, 2001, took place. This is a time of the year when many people stop and reflect about the freedom of the country and the sacrifices that men and women made on that day. It’s a reminder that there’s never really a bad time to do something for those who save others, such as firefighters and police officers.

Chef Rob started doing something shortly after 9/11, and he is still showing his gratitude to this day. One of his friends was a firefighter who died on 9/11. Rob wanted to show his appreciation for his friend, so he started cooking meals for every firehouse in the state of Florida.

He has created many recipes over the past few years and now wants to make a cookbook to sell. The money raised from the cookbook will be used to support firefighters and the work that they do each day. However, he’s never been able to complete the project because he hasn’t had the money to get it published.

$A group of firefighters showed their appreciation for everything that Rob was doing for them by making it possible for his cookbook to be published. They gathered all of the recipes and had the book made without his knowledge, presenting him the book while he was serving a meal one day.
