Grandmothers are a bag of wisdom. They’ve seen the world for multiple generations, through various changes in culture and leadership, and exist to bring you all of this knowledge wrapped in unconditional love. Elderly women can also be some of the sharpest of the world’s population. Such is the case in the lady mentioned below.
One such old woman was walking down the street with two large plastic bags. There was a whole in one of them. Every few feet, a $20 would fall out of this hole.
A policeman stopped this grandmother to tell her about the missing money. The old woman was angry at her foolishness in allowing the money to slip through her grasp, and claimed she would go back to pick up the missing bills.
The cop told her to wait. He was curious as to where she acquired such a large sum of money. He asked her flat out if she stole it.
The old lady replied in the negative. She was no thief. So the cop asked again, where did she find the money?
The old woman said that she lives next to a golf course. Every now and then some golfer would take to her yard to relieve themselves. She had enough of this, as it damaged her garden. She devised a plan.
The next time somebody would stick their member through her fence, she pulled out a pair of hedge clippers and told them if they didn’t give her $20, she would clip it off.
The cop told her she was right in this action, and then asked what the other bag was for. The old lady remarked that not every golfer was wise enough to pay up.
