A cancer diagnosis completely changes a person’s life. People have to visit their doctors often for treatments. That leaves little time to spend with one’s family. However, one young woman has shown that she is not going to let cancer keep her down.
Andrea Salazar was a typical teenager. She attended high school and was a part-time model. Her life took a turn when she found out that a lump on her neck was cancerous. She lost all of her hair due to the chemotherapy treatments. Andrea’s mother encouraged her to continue modeling.
One of the photographers took a picture of Andrea in a blue dress. She came up with the theme for the photo shoot herself. She also wants to inspire people who are battling similar illnesses.
